  • On Campus Recruiting – We recruit on multiple college campuses twice a year, and actively participate in career fairs.
  • Experienced Candidates – MDealer Alliance also recruits experienced individuals for all positions in your dealership.
  • Interview Process – We have a rigorous 6 Step interview process to identify those applicants who exhibit professionalism, initiative and a unique desire to succeed.
  • Behavorial Scoring – Predictive Index® helps identify a candidate’s strengths and potential challenges and provides guidance on how to motivate and build more effective leaders.
  • Career Path – A career path is a map from point “A” to point “B”. We provide candidates some background of basic job description and income earning potential within each job title listed.
